Maintenance
We conduct maintenance on transformers ranging from 150 KVA to 20 MVA, which includes the following features.
Internal inspection of the transformer to verify connections and tightness of high and low voltage, as well as in the tap changer.
Leak correction including the replacement of insulator gaskets if necessary. Verification of the condition of the contact areas in the tap changer.
Pruebas de relación de transformación (ttr).
Pruebas de resistencia de aislamientos (megger).
Dielectric strength tests of the oil. (hipot oil tester).
Filtering and degassing of the oil.
Power factor test.
Revisión de instrumentos de medición.
